The European Artists “Breads & More”… We love baking! We take advantage of the fresh grains and freshly-milled flour the area has to offer. We are committed to using local flour, just as we are to local dairy, produce, and meats, and find that local flours bring added texture, nutiness, flavour. We love to use flour from Nitty Gritty Grain, Butterworks Farm, Gleasons, and Champlain Valley Milling.
We also mix our own gluten-free flour, using healthy, nutritious alternatives such as quinoa, buckwheat, sorghum, and oats. You've never tasted gluten-free bread as good as ours!
We consistenly bake sourdough loaves of varying varieties (like polenta or fig-walnut), quick breads with seasonal fruit, brioches, and muffins.
